As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you came into possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you came into possession of the item. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by traditional mail or e-mail). You can send the statement, for example:

An example of a withdrawal form is included in Appendix No. 2 to the Consumer Rights Act and is additionally an appendix to the Online Store regulations. You may use the withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the item (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to another solution; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you have provided us with proof of its return, whichever occurs first.

If you have received the purchased item, please send or hand it over to us at: ul. Złotoryjska 66/32, 59-220 Legnica, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the item before the 14-day deadline expires. You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The provisions regarding consumers contained in this communication apply from January 1, 2021, and for contracts concluded from that day, also to a buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to their business activity, when the content of that contract indicates that it does not have a professional character for that person, resulting in particular from the subject of their business activity, made available pursuant to the provisions on the Central Register and Information on Business Activity.

The right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to the consumer in relation to contracts where the subject of the service is a Product supplied in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.
